The design concept is focused on the Client’s equilateral triangle approach which is to create and foster a naturally equilibrated relationship between leadership and employees. The Client’s core methodology states that any organization starts with (3) main components that lead it to success. The C-Suite makes executive decisions that are best for the company. By balancing relationships between C-suites, leadership, and employees that are centered around sales, they are able to create an alignment across these groups in the form of an equilateral triangle.
Our design success meets at the intersection of beauty of function. Upon entering the space, you are immediately met with dynamic lighting and corporate brand colors creating a vibrant welcome that extends throughout the project. As you journey from reception through meeting and collaborative areas you understand the importance of transparency as glass and light are the dominant features of the office. The neighborhood approach becomes clear as focus areas intermingle with collaboration hubs, work zones, and meeting rooms to create a hive of energetic interaction that drives productivity and open communication.
